AirBaltic resumed flights to Minsk National Airport
From April 2021, the Latvian airline AirBaltic will resume flights from Minsk, tut.by reports. On March 28, the first flight from Riga to Minsk National Airport took place after a year-long pause caused by COVID-19.
The Latvian airline stopped flying to Minsk due to COVID-19 on March 16, 2020.
Now flights on the route Riga - Minsk - Riga are planned on Thursdays and Sundays with arrival in Minsk at 14.20 and departure at 15.10. Over time, the airline may increase the frequency of flights.
Minsk Airport recommends that passengers, before purchasing tickets and immediately before the flight, check the current rules of entry into the country of destination by contacting the authorized bodies of the country of arrival.
Entry to Latvia with tourist visas is currently not allowed, you can enter only for exceptional reasons: work; study, training courses; family reunification; receiving medical services; transit; attending a funeral, etc.
