Apartment prices in Minsk started to rise

During the week from September 12 to 18, prices for apartments in Minsk increased, and the number of ads for sale decreased by an average of 11% compared to the beginning of the month, Minsk-News reported.

The price index for apartments in Minsk for the week from September 12 to 18 increased by 2.8% and reached 1,226 US dollars. At the same time, the average cost per square meter of housing, excluding ads for the sale of apartments in individual new buildings, amounted to 1,323 US dollars.

The volume of ads for the sale of 1- and 2-room apartments decreased by 13%. The number of ads for sales of 4-room apartments decreased by 12%, and 3-room apartments — by 6%.

Construction of a new residential complex with 21-storey buildings has recently begun in Minsk.
