New residential complex is built next to Instytut Kultury metro

One of the construction companies posted information about two houses of the Dubravinski residential complex under construction. The agency "Minsk-News" found out the prices and dates of completion. Recently we published a photo of the new office of Sberbank in Minsk.

Two 21-storey buildings will appear at the intersection of vulica Minina and vulica Čyhunačnaja. The price per square meter depends on the number of rooms in the apartment and starts from $1,080. The start of apartment sales is appointed to September 15. 

The sale contract can be concluded in Belarusian rubles or in dollars. The residential complex is scheduled to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2023. According to the developer, the houses are ready by 25%.
