Bans on visiting forests are being gradually lifted

Bans and restrictions on visiting forests remain in force in only 15 districts, BelTA reported. Last week, due to the increased risk of fires in Belarus, it was forbidden to visit almost all forests.

Now the forests of Vitebsk, Minsk, Mogilev and Grodno regions are fully opened for visiting. Bans remain in the forests of the Gomel region and the Brest region.

Up-to-date information about prohibitions and restrictions on visiting forests can be found on the map of the Ministry of Forestry.
