There are high risks of fires in Gomel and Minsk forests

Belarus declared a red danger level for September 6 due to the extreme fire danger in the forests of the Gomel and Minsk regions, BelTA reported. We remind you that on the map of the Ministry of Forestry you can follow the forests closed to the public.

Extreme fire danger is expected in most of the territories of the Gomel and Minsk regions. In this regard, a red danger level was declared in the country.

Fire danger has increased due to dry weather across the country, which persists for several weeks. The highest risks of forest fire are observed in the Gomel and Minsk regions.

At the same time, on Tuesday (September 6), partly cloudy and mostly without precipitation is expected.
