Belarus became Europe's leader in technology courses
The online educational platform Coursera has released a Global Skills Index report, which examines the demand for hosted courses and the success of their completion by students. In 2022, Belarus took 12th place in the global standings and 9th place in Europe, devby.io writes.
For the second year in a row, Belarus occupies a leading position in Europe in the technological field. In the world ranking, as in the previous two years, Belarus ranks 2nd.
Belarus became the 5th in Data Science, having risen by 6 positions in a year. It is inferior to Indonesia, Denmark, Finland and Switzerland.
Recently, the best youth startup project for producing micro and mesoporous coal from wood wastes was chosen in Belarus.
