Belarus is interested in Chinese investments for development of deposits

Belarus is interested in Chinese investments for the development of the mineral resource base and some deposits, BELTA writes. We remind you that the Chinese yuan has entered the currency basket of the Belarusian ruble.

The Minister of Natural Resources of Belarus and the Ambassador of Belarus to China exchanged views on promising areas of bilateral cooperation between the countries in the field of environmental protection and rational use of natural resources. The Minister expressed interest in studying Chinese experience and technologies, and also analyzed the possibilities of transferring these methods to the territory of Belarus.

In addition, the issue of the potential of the Asian region in terms of attracting investments for the development of the mineral resource base and the development of some deposits in Belarus was discussed. The approaches of the countries to the transition to eco-friendly production and green energy were also agreed upon.
