Belarus reduced export duties on oil

On October 1, Belarus reduced the rates of export duties on oil and petroleum products exported outside the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union, pravo.by reported. The last time the duties were reduced in early September of this year.

Now the export duty for 1 ton of crude oil is $44.4 (previously – $52). For commercial gasoline, diesel fuel, lubricating oils, the duty is $13.3 per 1 ton (previously – $15.6).

The drop in exports of Belarusian goods occurred in March 2022. However, over the past four months, there has been a positive trend in export growth.
