Belarus reduces export duties on oil

From September 1, export duties on oil and petroleum products exported from Belarus outside the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union will change, the portal pravo.by reported.

The new export duty rates will be as follows:

  • crude oil and spent petroleum products – $52 per 1 ton (previously - $53);
  • straight–run gasoline - $28.6 per 1 ton (previously - $29.1);
  • commercial gasoline, diesel fuel, lubricating oils – $15.6 per 1 ton (previously - $15.9).

We remind you that oil and peat reserves have increased in Belarus in the first half of 2022.
