Belarusbank will make Mastercard payments in euros

Belarusbank will make payments with Mastercard in euros, BelTA reported. We recently wrote that the monthly minimum wage for July 2022 amounted to BYN 482 (approximately $185).

The change in the currency of the bank's settlements with the Mastercard system will take effect from August 25. Previously, the bank settled with the system using US dollars.

With the Visa international payment system, the bank has switched to settlements in euros since July 9.
