Belarusian National Bank summed up price growth and inflation in 2022

From January 2022 to January 2023, the prices of food and goods increased by 12%. In January 2023, prices increased by 0.8% compared to December 2022, Minsk-News reported.

Inflation in January 2023 increased by 13% compared to last year. At the same time, in December 2022, inflation reached 14%. Regulated prices and tariffs increased by 10.2%.

The government plans to reduce inflation to 7-8% this year.
