Birth rate in Belarus falls by about 10% a year

Every year the birth rate in Belarus falls by about 10%, Minsk-News reported. Also, every sixth resident of Belarus is now over 65 years old.

Since 2019, the birth rate has been falling by 10% annually. In 2023, experts expect the same results. The reason for the fall in the birth rate was anxiety and instability in the world.
