By the end of 2022, housing will become cheaper

According to the Deputy Prime Minister of Belarus, by the end of this year, the cost of one square meter should not exceed the average monthly salary in the country, Sputnik reported. Let us remind you that since mid-September, prices for the purchase of apartments in Minsk have increased.

At the moment, the price of one square meter is equal to the average salary of Belarusians. However, according to the Deputy Prime Minister, the price should be 20% less than the average monthly salary.

In addition, in the near future, the authorities will form a housing construction program for 2023. It has already been decided that the volume of rental housing construction will be significantly increased. This is necessary in order to provide apartments for those in need, including military personnel.
