Cost of the most expensive apartment in Minsk revealed

The most expensive realty transaction in Minsk this summer, both in terms of total price and cost per square meter, was an apartment on Zakharova Street 29A. The apartment was sold for 620 thousand US dollars, Sputnik reported.

The apartment has an area of 142.9 square meters with two bedrooms. The cost of one square meter was 4,339 US dollars.

The apartment is located in an elite residential complex with underground parking and a ceiling height of 2.66 meters. The territory of the house is also fenced and is under constant guard.

In addition, the apartment is located in the city center, within walking distance from Victory Square. The oldest cinema is also nearby, where reconstruction is currently underway. This explains the high price of the apartment.
