Developer of megaquart in north of Minsk announced prices for apartments

The starting price for one-room apartments in the new large quarter "North Shore" is 56 thousand euros, Sputnik reported. A new park with a playground, sculptures and places to relax has recently opened nearby.

In addition to apartment buildings, manor buildings, a kindergarten, and a multifunctional exhibition center are planned in the quarter.

By 2027, the population of the quarter will be 31.4 thousand people. So far, there are many undeveloped plots of land on this territory, and about 7.7 thousand people live there.
