Doctors' salaries will increase by 85%

We wrote that from July 1 in Belarus there will be salary supplements for work in the field of healthcare for all categories of medical workers. The Ministry of Health determined the amount of the supplements on June 22, BELTA reports.

The amount of the salary supplements for doctors will be equal to 85% of the salary, for average medical workers — 35% of the salary. Depending on the complexity and intensity of the work performed, the supplements will be higher.

For example, doctors of hospital emergency departments, departments for stroke patients, ambulance doctors will receive additional 135% of the salary, average medical workers — 50% of the salary. Doctors of the departments of anesthesiology and intensive care will receive supplements of 200% of the salary.
