EDB experts predict wage growth in Belarus
Another micro-survey by the Eurasian Development Bank showed that real wages in January increased by 1.6% relative to salaries in January 2022, Sputnik reported.
Salaries of employees of budget organizations increased by 1.8% due to an increase of the base rate. In other industries, salaries also increased.
The drop in salaries occurred only in IT. The annual drop was 10.3%. The key reason was the reduction of the industry as a whole and the relocation of employees.
