EU postponed launching the ETIAS travel system

The European Union planned to launch the European Travel Information and Authorization System at the end of May 2023. "Sobiray Rukzak" reports that the launch was postponed until November 2023.

We remind you that all travelers who do not need a visa to enter Europe will need to register in the ETIAS system.

The system will record digitized fingerprints and facial images of all passengers. Data will also be collected when crossing border points in the Schengen area.

Estonian visa centers in Belarus have suspended the acceptance of documents for the period from August 10 to August 17.
