Five-storey Khrushchev buildings in Belarus may be demolished

The concept of housing construction for the next 5 years is currently being developed in Belarus. The Deputy Prime Minister believes that new houses can be built on the foundations of the five-storey Khrushchev buildings of the 1960s, Kaktutzhit.by reported.

There are five-storey houses that are in disrepair or require major repairs in Minsk and other cities. Therefore, it was proposed to demolish them, and to erect new buildings on the foundation.
