Gastrofest.GreenLine 2024

Gastrofest.GreenLine will be held in Minsk from July 18 to 28, which aims to promote the culture of food packaging, Onliner writes.

Participants will offer sets of snacks and starters combined with summer drinks at a fixed price of 24 rubles. Among the participants: CHEF RUN with Viennese waffles and shrimp in Mango chili sauce; Dead Rabbits Irish Pub with bruschetta and shrimp kebab; Sherwood with Caesar spring roll and roast beef with apricot; Morella with Pepperoni pizzetta and beef cheek bruschetta.

And also John Dory Kitchen with oysters and sashimi; "Books and Smoke" with bruschetta and arugula salad; "Verum" with falafel and gazpacho from watermelon; "Rio" with beef tartare and eclairs with pate; Mexicana with tortillas and tiger prawns; Mint Lounge Center with mussels and crab mousse; Marco Polo with shrimp chips and bruschetta with prosciutto; "Chumatsky Shlyakh" with beef tartare and paprika medallions.
