Healthcare digitalization office will apear in Belarus

An office of digitalization of healthcare will be created in the Republican Scientific and Practical Center of Medical Technologies, the website of the Ministry of Health writes.

The office staff will:

• implement a policy in the field of digital health development;
• ensuring the implementation of state programs for the digitalization of healthcare;
• to provide information support and support of state policy in the field of informatization and digitalization of healthcare;
• create and maintain up-to-date health directories for information systems;
• to introduce the achievements of science and technology in the field of informatization into medical practice.

Such offices will appear in all regions and in Minsk.
