In 2022, more than BYN42 billion will be invested in social sphere

In 2022, the consolidated budget expenditures on the social sphere are planned in the amount of BYN22.7 billion. Together with the funds of the social protection fund, they will exceed BYN42 billion. This is 25% of Belarus' GDP, Minsk-News writes.

The Deputy Prime Minister of Belarus also said that all social payments (pensions, allowances, salaries in the public sector) are paid on time and in full. Also, from March 1, 2022, the government is implementing a new schedule for raising salaries in public sectors by 15%.
