In 2023, the property tax will rise

The real estate tax rate may increase by 10% next year, Minsk-News reported. In the summer, the most expensive apartment for the year was sold in Minsk, its cost amounted to 620 thousand US dollars.

The Ministry of taxes is discussing an increase in the estimated cost of a square meter of housing from 810 to 900 Belarusian rubles. The Ministry is also working on a bill to increase the real estate tax rate by 10%.

The bill is currently under discussion at the Ministry of taxes. If it is approved, the bill will be proposed for discussion by the government.
