In 4 months, 4.5 thousand apartments were built in Minsk

In January – April 2022, private and public developers in Minsk built about 4.5 thousand new apartments, Minsk-News writes. In total, 268.3 thousand square meters of housing area were put into operation.

And 81 thousand square meters of the total housing area were put into operation for residents in need of improving their living conditions. This is 30% of the total volume of apartments built. With the use of government support, 71.9 thousand square meters of housing were built for those in need.

 In early June, Belarusian banks resumed issuing loans for real estate, and also lowered the rates on such loans.
