In Belarus, June 2022 entered top 10 hottest months in 30 years
June of this year has become abnormally hot for Belarus. This month took the 7th place in the top 10 rating of the warmest first months of summer. The rating started in 1991, BELTA writes.
The average air temperature in Belarus was 19 °C. This is what is above the climatic norm by 2 °C. The third decade of June became the hottest. The maximum air temperature was on June 28. It was 34.3 °C.
During the first month of summer, only 91% of the rain norm fell in Belarus. Wind gusts of up to 15 m/s and higher have also been repeatedly noted.
