In two years, number of electric cars rose in 40 times

Since 2020, the number of electric vehicles in Belarus has increased 39 times, Minsk-News reported. Let us remind you that prices for Belarusian cars will not rise until the end of this year.

According to the deputy head of government, 3,420 electric vehicles are officially registered in Belarus. The number of electric cars in the country is growing thanks to the measures taken in 2020 to stimulate the use of such transport.

Let us also remind that the duty on the import of electric cars to Belarus will remain zero until the end of 2023.
