Instant payment system will be launched in Belarus in 2023

The National Bank will perform the functions of the operator of the instant payment system and the settlement center of the payment system. The National Bank has already approved the rules of the system, Sputnik reported.

According to the decree, from December 19, banks must provide instant payments within the country for legal entities without using their information support service.

From April 1, 2023, banks must provide instant payments between individuals. 

The instant payment system is an innovative service that allows you to pay for goods, works, services and much more in real time 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, without weekends and holidays.
