Latvia terminated the agreement with Belarus on mutual trips

The agreement between Belarus and Latvia on mutual trips of citizens, effective from January 31, 2008, will expire on September 21, 2023, "Sobiray Rukzak" reported.

Beginning September 21, Latvian citizens will be able to stay in Belarus without registration for no more than 10 days. Previously, this period was 30 days.

The stay period for stateless persons permanently residing in Latvia, as well as thosse with the status of a non-citizen of Latvia, will be up to 90 days.

Let us remind you that you will need to pay a fee to cross the Belarusian-Lithuanian border after February 1.
