Lithuania allowed entry into border zone with Belarus

The Lithuanian authorities have canceled the requirement to obtain a special permit to enter the border zone with Belarus, Sputnik reported.

The border zone in question is a territory five kilometers deep from the Lithuanian border line. Permits will no longer be required to visit Lithuanian territories bordering Belarus.

Earlier, Lithuania canceled the state of emergency on the border with Belarus.
