The first Smart restaurant I Lunch has opened in Minsk, reports relax.by. The venue is open only at lunchtime, and orders are made using tablets.

The I Lunch restaurant network has already become popular in Lithuania. At the moment, there are 12 establishments in Lithuania and 3 restaurants in Moscow. The main feature of the network is to work exclusively on the lunch menu in order to satisfy the request of office workers for a place where you can have a tasty and inexpensive lunch near work.

Minsk I Lunch is located in the Ajax business center, a five-minute walk from the Institut Kultury metro station. So far, the restaurant is working in test mode, but already about half of the center's employees come to lunch every day.

The average time a person spends in a restaurant is 12-15 minutes (from the moment of order payment). The peak of orders falls on 13.00-14.00, during this period 200-300 guests come.

The venue has no waiters and no paper menu. The order is placed using special tablets: you select menu items, indicate take away or on the spot, pay and receive a check with a QR code. With it you need to go to the conveyor belt and pick up your lunch. You can pay by card on the spot near the tablet or in cash at the cashier.

The menu in the bistro changes every day, mainly dishes of European, Belarusian, Lithuanian, Asian cuisines, there are vegetarian dishes. It presents groups of hot and cold appetizers, soups, desserts.
