Minsk became first among the CIS capitals by number of electric cars
The number of electric vehicles in Minsk per 100 thousand people exceeds the same indicator in Moscow, Yerevan and Tashkent. The study "Rating of smart cities in the CIS and Transcaucasia" was conducted by the Russian company Kept, Devby.io reported.
Tbilisi became the leader among the studied cities with 114 electric cars per 100 thousand people. There are 63 electric cars per 100 thousand people in Minsk. This is the highest figure among the capitals of the CIS countries.
London took the first place in the world (504 electric cars), New York took the 2nd place (148 electric cars).
There are 18 electric car chargers per 100,000 people in Minsk. This is also the highest figure among the cities of the CIS countries.
Belarus has also entered TOP 5 list of countries by number of STEM graduates.
