More than 6.4 million Belarusians were vaccinated against COVID-19

In Belarus, more than 6.512 million people received one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. Of these, more than 6.424 million have done a full course of vaccination, BelTA reports. At the end of July, a Cuban vaccine against covid was also registered in Belarus.

According to official data, 70% of the population of Belarus received one dose of the vaccine. And 69% of them completed the full course of vaccination. Booster vaccination was done by 26% of people. Moreover, 150 thousand teenagers were also vaccinated.

In Minsk, 1.28 million citizens done the full course of vaccination. In the Minsk region, they are 983 thousand. In the Brest region — 892 thousand, in the Vitebsk region — 789 thousand, in the Gomel region — 973 thousand, in the Grodno region — 693 thousand and in the Mogilev region — 691 thousand.
