New apartment building is built on the river in Minsk

In a multifunctional complex in the area of Novovilenskaya Street on the Svisloch River, the construction of another apartment building continues. The cost of a square in this house starts from $1300, Minsk-News reported.

The house will have 9 floors. There are several types of apartments planned here: one-room apartments with an area of 44 sq. m, two-room apartments for 49 sq. m and 61 sq. m, three-room apartments for 66 sq. m and 82 sq. m, four-room apartments for 106 sq. m.

Construction of the house began in May 2023 and is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2024.
