New Italian restaurant Celentani will be opened in Minsk

In August, a corner with gastro-bread Celentani will be opened in Minsk, relax.by reports. The restaurant will be located on the sixth floor in the Galleria shopping center.

The main concept of the corner is homemade Italian cuisine in a street food format and at affordable prices. The restaurant is launched by the famous Italian chef and restaurateur from Moscow, William Lamberti. He has already opened many restaurants in Moscow and St. Petersburg and is now entering the Belarusian market.

The idea to present haute cuisine in a fast food format appeared due to the fact that the pace of life has greatly increased. Around the world, a number of major restaurants, including Michelin-starred, have embraced the concept of street food.

All dishes will be based on Celentani's bread, cheese and pasta. In the corner, guests will be offered to try homemade Italian dishes on fresh bread. This new way of serving food comes from Italian local traditions.
