New meat products with lower salt and fat content

Belarusian scientists presented new meat products at the International Forum "Belarus Meat", Minsk-News writes.

Among the novelties: stewed deer meat and cured sausages with basturma. The products are designed taking into account the reduction of salt and fat content.

They are presented under the brand name "Me eat too" and contain 30% less salt compared to conventional products. Such products are especially important for children and are represented in the portfolio of the scientific institute, including poultry sausages with high protein and low fat content.
