Prices of apartments in Minsk continue to grow

During the week from June 27 to July 4, apartment prices in Minsk were reduced by 3% of sellers. This is indicated by the Realt.by site analytics data, Minsk-News writes. The number of ads in the site's database decreased by 3%.

The apartment price index increased by 0.5% to $1,234. The average cost per square meter for the week also increased by 0.4 — 0.7%. At the same time, the cost per square meter in 4-room apartments increased by 1.3%.

For all segments of apartments, the number of ads decreased by an average of 2.5 – 3%. And for 4-room apartments — by 4%. 

The rise in apartment prices in Minsk began a week ago.
