Private houses rose in price in Belarus in April

In April, the number of houses for sale increased by 1% (compared to March) and updated the historical maximum, reaching 8.2 thousand, the Minsk-News agency writes. Read also how the prices of apartments in Minsk are decreasing.

New objects for sale, located at a distance of up to 10 km from Minsk, appeared in all segments — the overall growth rate averaged 1%. At the same time, the number of modern houses built after 2010 increased by 2%. Compared to the middle of spring last year, the number of modern houses has increased by almost 20%

In April, land plots and modern houses rose in price by 2% and 1.5%, respectively. Prices for old houses built earlier than 2010 decreased by 1.5%.

The demand for suburban real estate grew steadily: the number of transactions concluded in the Minsk region increased by 16%, in neighboring areas — by 40%. However, the current level of demand is almost 30% less than in the same period of 2021.
