Production of vegetarian sausages will be started in Belarus

Next year, vegetarian sausage will be sold in Belarusian stores, Minsk-News reported. This week, the food festival Gastrofest.Craft begins in Minsk.

The head of the Institute of Meat and Dairy Industry of the National Research Center of NAS said that this year the production of vegetarian sausage will be launched. It will not differ from the usual one in nutritional, physical and chemical properties.

Negotiations are currently underway with meat companies. A 3D printer will be developed for production.
