Psychological self-help will be taught in public schools

From September 1, an elective on psychological self-help will be introduced in schools, CityDog.io reported. Starting from the new year, the educational program in public schools will also be change.

The course is desighned for students in grades 8-11 and has 35 hours per year (1 hour per week). Students will be trained to cope with stress, set personal boundaries and develop communication skills.

Students will be able to attend classes for free and at will.
