Rent for use of state property will not increase in Belarus

The basic rental amount and the amount of rent for the use of state movable and real property will not increase until April 1, 2024, BELTA reports. We also wrote that banks resumed the issuance of loans for real estate. 

In addition, in the near future state property that has not been used for more than three years will be provided for free use to producers for expanding production and other purposes. The period of use will be up to 5 years.

The basic rental value from March 27, 2019 is BYN16.9.
