Several banks froze interest on real estate loans

Belgazprombank and Priorbank announced the freezing of interest rates on real estate loans for the whole of 2023, Sputnik reported.

Belgazprombank announced that interest rates on real estate loans for new customers from January 1 to December 31, 2023 will remain 9.25% throughout the next year. The bank had such rates on February 28, 2022.

Priorbank took a similar step and froze the interest rate of 15% for the next year on loans issued before February 28, 2022.

The other day, the Belarusian Alfa-Bank offered to terminate trust transactions in Russian rubles.
