Sirens will be checked in Minsk

The planned comprehensive inspection of the Minsk notification system will take place until December 2. Rescuers will turn on sirens and loudspeakers, Sputnik reported. The same check was carried out in Gomel in November.

There is no need to worry – this is a routine check, which is carried out annually by rescuers. Public notification system is used in case of a threat or an emergency. It also informs people about how to behave at such moments and about the course of emergency response.
