Some IT companies in Belarus may receive tax benefits

The President of Belarus instructed to provide IT departments of enterprises with tax benefits, which HTP has, BelTA reported.

The First Deputy General Director of BelAZ, who supervised the company's IT department, said that all software and software in BelAZ are proprietary developments.

He added that BELAZ is considering the creation of its own IT company in 2023-2024, which will become a resident of the HTP, in order to receive tax benefits. But if the Hi-Tech Park does not exist, then the company will carry out all the necessary developments on its own.

In this regard, the President instructed to consider providing all necessary benefits and working conditions to the IT sectors of enterprises without companies entering the HTP.

Let us remind you that in 2023, HTP companies will not receive tax benefits.
