What to do in Minsk on the weekend of May 14-15?

We have compiled a list of places and events that you can visit in Minsk on Saturday and Sunday.

Shopping

Sales will be held in several stores in Minsk on May 13, 14 and 15 with discounts up to 30%. Among the shops are TSUM, GUM, the Department Store "Belarus" and the Trading House "On Nemiga".

Art

From May 12 to June 12, the Palace of Art (Minsk, Kozlova Street 3) hosts Art-Minsk Festival – 2022. Here you can get acquainted with the works of famous and aspiring Belarusian artists, as well as purchase their works. 

Food

Restaurant Gastrofest continues in Minsk, as well as in Grodno, Gomel, Brest, Mogilev and Vitebsk. The final day of the festival is May 15. In Minsk, sets cost BYN44. In other cities — BYN34. On the festival's website, you can see a list of participating establishments, as well as their dishes.

Walking around the city

There are 38 fountains in Minsk, you can find all the addresses here. Fountains are turned off after 9PM.

Now it is the flowering season of trees in the city, including Japanese sakura trees. You can watch them blooming in three places of Minsk.
