What tourism has not suffered in Belarus due to the pandemic
Country tourism in Belarus is the only type of tourism that has not suffered due to the pandemic that lasted 2 years, the Minsk-News agency writes. There were more tourists in 2021 than in 2020. Their number was more than 500 thousand. The number of country estates has also increased: now there are 3,150 of them throughout Belarus.
180 km tourist route will unite Brest and Grodno regions
In addition to Belovezhskaya Pushcha, tourists will be able to visit the iconic places of these areas: the Tower of Kamyenyets, the Sapieha Palace in Ruzhany, museums and ancient villages. A tent city will be equipped on the route. In the future, th route may be extended to Brest. The route will have a car road and a bicycle road.
Now license is needed to export potash fertilizers from Belarus
The decree stipulates that the export of mineral or chemical potash fertilizers is possible only under exclusive licenses. The license can be obtained in the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade based on decisions of the Council of Ministers.
Belarus will continue to regulate prices for socially important goods
The Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade has extended the state regulation of prices for socially important goods until June 29, 2022, BELTA writes. Price regulation will help to maintain the availability of essential goods for the population.
In the period from March 21 to 28, 80% of the ads for the sale of apartments in Minsk did not change prices. Prices became lower in 9% of ads, and increased in 1%. An increase in the average price per square meter in the period from March 21 to 28 was observed in one-room apartments: the cost rose by 1.3%. The cost of four-bedroom apartments increased by 0.5%.
Also for 2021, IT companies from the HTP set a new record for taxes. The budget received almost BYN736 million ($290 million). In rubles, tax deductions of IT companies increased by 76%, and in foreign currency by 69%.
Documents on cooperation signed at the Belarusian-Russian Business Forum
