In 2022, agricultural production increased by 3%

In the period from January to October 2022, Belarus produced agricultural products worth 29.6 billion Belarusian rubles. This is by 3.5% more than in the same period of 2021, BelTA reported.

In total, 1.4 million tons of livestock and poultry, 6.6 million tons of milk and almost 3 billion eggs were produced. Agricultural organizations account for 97% of the country's livestock production. They also produce 97% milk and 83% eggs.

Belarus has also increased grain production this year. The country is also ahead of almost all the EAEU countries in milk production.
