Minsktrans carrier may refuse passengers with D visas
Beginning September 7, the bus carrier "Minsktrans" has new restriction for passengers on routes to Europe. Passengers with a D visa will be refused a trip if the issuing country does not coincide with the country through which a bus enters in the Schengen area, devby.io reported.
